Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business and understanding. To ensure we can properly fill our schedule and serve other clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. A cancellation fee of 50% of your services will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For no shows full service amount will be charged. At Galini Beauty, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and respect for all appointments, we have the following late policy: Arriving within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you will still receive your full service, but please be aware that your appointment may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment is not affected. Arriving more than 10 minutes late Unfortunately, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
